You have 3 days to inform Grace Harmoniums, in writing, of any damage or operational concerns. Failure to meet the deadline may impact your ability to receive a full refund or service.
Please note, for your protection, we only accept returns with prior authorization. To receive your Return Authorization Tracking Code prior to shipping, please contact Grace Harmoniums at email@example.com or call us at 866-730-1622. You will receive an email with your Return Authorization Tracking Code which must be displayed on the outside of the package and included on the inside as well.
This process ensures you know how and where to send the instrument and that we know that it will be returned. Returns received without a Return Authorization Tracking Code from Grace Harmoniums may get lost when they arrive are will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Merchandise must be in new, unused, and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was received, you may be subject to a repair charge and/or a 20% restocking fee.
Grace Harmoniums is not responsible for damage incurred during the return shipment; and, we are not able to refund or exchange any items that are damaged during the return shipping process. Therefore, you are encouraged to protect your investment by purchasing insurance from your carrier of choice.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return.

No returns are accepted after 14 days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event sold under with discounted, or free, shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

We want your harmonium to be perfect for you; so, we build to suit. If you have had your tuning or build customized, you will not be able to return your instrument.
You may be able to put it in our inventory to be sold as a used instrument; please inquire prior to placing your order to establish whether your instrument customization will allow this.
Standard models are tuned to A440 or A432 per your request and are fully refundable. Customized tuning is available; however, instruments with customized tuning are not refundable.
Please be available to assess your instrument within 3 days of delivery; we are unable to accommodate your request in the event you were on travel when it arrived.
Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to Grace Harmoniums within 3 days of receipt. Please be prepared to send pictures of the damage upon request.
Shipping fees are not refundable. When your item has been approved for a refund, we will deduct the shipping fees and you will receive a refund for the balance.
